Brainstorming Blog #1

When I think of something that I want to spark light on I automatically think of the save the bees movement. My initial idea is to do a more comedic spin on Nicki Minaj‘s song called Beez in the trap. With this song and especially the importance of its title I want to imitate a be tweeting about not wanting to be stuck in Nikki‘s bees trap. This idea is definitely more geared towards comedy but it does have a hidden meaning behind it. There are a lot of factors that contribute to bees dying, for example pollutants, pesticides, Global warming, habitat destruction, and air pollution. Considering all of these deadly factors I want to show the importance of them through glitched images, gifs and Twitter botts. By using a very popular song, Beez in the Trap, it could attract a grander audience since Niki Minaj is insanely famous. Also, by tagging popular news articles, like TIME, could also help.
