Project #3 Blog

For this project we were instructed to create an alternate reality through a coding/VR website. Taking similar ideas from my previous project, I wanted to create a utopian artificial looking world that my weird looking animals could live in. I wanted to create a "farm" that definitely doesn't look like a farm, but with some similar aspects like green "grass", trees, and a sun-like figure to represent the impersonal and calculated ideals of farming in todays society. Having animals live in a unnatural environment along with feeding them artificial/chemical infused food causes the animals to have abnormalities and health issues which intern causes major health issues in humans when eating these animals. Healthy, natural, and sustainable farming should be a priority in America to decrease and possibly abolish some of the major health issues in humans today. In hopes that my project accurately describes and portrays this ideal, one should be cautious of the food they digest.
